  • How do I enrol? Or Apply?

  • Are sessions safe? Are you insured?

    • Yes, ECES is fully insured, and we take safety very seriously.

    • All staff are Qualified.

    • All staff are thoroughly trained and undergo a vigorous induction period.

  • What do participants need to bring/wear?

    • Sun safe Clothing & Long Pants  

    • Closed in shoes

    • Hat & Drink Bottle

    • Water, Sunscreen & Hand sanitiser is provided​​

    • A spare set of clothes if required

  • How do I request observation notes, reports or feedback?

    • Please follow this link to the Contact Us and we will be happy to send those through.

    • *End of Term Progression Reports do come with a fee

  • Can the session be held at the participants premises?

    • Due to insurance purposes, we are unable to provide EFL or IHMC Sessions at your premises.

    • Ebony is insured, to provided ENDAP assessments at your premises only with you onsite and in control of your horse and she feels it’s safe to do so.

  • How are session payment made?

    • EFL or IHMC Pre-certificate is for NDIS participants. They or their reprehensive will receive an invoice for payment from FOTS.

    • ENDAP payment is required at Consultation. 

    • Workshop’s or other payment is required on booking. 

  • How does an EFL Session Operate?

  • How long does a EFL session go for? 

    • up to 60mins

  • How long does a Horsemanship Session go for?

    • 60mins

  • How long does IHMC Pre-certificate day program go for?

    • between 4-6 hours

    • Adaptable to the participant ​​​​​​

  • What is the difference between the Horsemanship + Lessons & IHMC Pre-certificate sessions? ​

    • Horsemanship + lessons are weekly (not claimable by the NDIS) ​

    • IHMC Pre-Cert (is claimable) is working towards a participation certificate, building skills and gaining knowledge on how to actively work towards an RTO certificate. Creating a positive and encouraging environment for participants to achieve their goals.

  • What if there is a weather event? Raining, Lightening, Thunder, Very Hot, Windy​

    • Please contact us, we have a range of activities that we can learn and do. â€‹

    • If there is an active thunder/lightening storm we are required to stop and take shelter - stop sessions but please contact us for further details.​
